Panchatantra!. Who does not know about this monumental work of Vishnu Sharama in the Samskrita Literature?. The print media and visual medias have projected this work as stories for kids through cartoons, though Vishnu Sharma never had that intention in his mind. We forget to note that this master piece of stories was narrated to equip growing up sons of king Amara Shakti, in ruling his kingdom. The messages delivered through 80+ stories help in acquiring new friends, enhancing relationships and conducting/ growing business. Thus, they are beyond boundaries of region/ religion/ time and space. An attempt has been made here to bring out right messages through stories from management and relationship perspective for any age group above 16.
